Rizk Solutions Pte Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides accounting, bookkeeping, and financial advisory services in good faith and with reasonable professional diligence. However, we make no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any financial reports, quotations, calculations, or advice provided. Clients acknowledge that the use of our services is at their own risk.

2. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, financial loss, loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise arising from:

  • Any errors, omissions, misstatements, or inaccuracies in financial documents, statements, or reports;

  • Mistakes in quotations or estimated fees;

  • Delays, failures, or disruptions in service provision;

  • Clients' reliance on or interpretation of our advice or reports;

  • External factors, regulatory changes, or actions beyond our reasonable control.

3. Indemnity
By engaging our services, clients agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, and costs (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Any reliance placed on our work or services;

  • Any errors, omissions, or delays in financial reports, quotations, or documentation;

  • Non-compliance with tax laws, regulations, or financial obligations;

  • Any third-party claims arising from the use of our services.

4. No Professional-Client Relationship
The use of our services does not create any fiduciary or legally binding professional-client relationship unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Clients remain responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all financial information provided to us.

5. No Legal or Tax Advice
Our services do not constitute legal or tax advice. Clients are advised to seek independent legal or tax consultancy for compliance matters or regulatory interpretations.

6. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, cyber-attacks, or economic disruptions.

7. Governing Law
This Disclaimer shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

8. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any amendments shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
